Once the team is sourced with the suitable candidates, the team members are now trained and ensured that they have gained the necessary insights for handling the project tasks.
Step 4: Work Initiation
Once the training process is completed, the team will be committed to work upon your needs. A dedicated project manager will be assigned to the team and will be responsible to keep the team on track towards successful task completion.
Step 5: Work assessment and Improvement
The KPI’s are assessed and the team will be driven towards achieving consistent improvement towards the quality of work.
Step 6: Project Completion
Finally, the finished output is delivered to you at the proposed deadline.
